A.J’s care packages is the brainchild of Aunt Jayne (of Gluten Free With Aunt Jayne) – Me!

I have Celiac disease, type 2 diabetes, several food allergies and fibromyalgia, so I understand dietary restrictions and how difficult they can be when you are busy or away from home etc.

I was given a book called “Gluten Free in 5 Minutes” written by the incredibly talented Roben Ryberg so that I could write a review on Aunt Jayne’s blog.

I was so taken with this book that I decided it would be a wonderful thing to use in a care package for Celiac kids going off to college, parents of a Celiac child, Celiacs who live alone…. the possibilities are endless.

My first care package is the GF in 5 minutes care package but it is only the beginning!  I have ideas for so many more.
